I would consider this new-Great condition, Only sign of wear is small area of doll’s onesie/bootie clothing/fabric that could be washed to remove 2 teeny tiny spots. Can happen to white garments in storage. Box has minor signs of age/shelf related wear. Doll has never been “played with.”
