I repainted a play sports Phoebe with a haircut into back to school Roxxi. I thought it would be cute if school Phoebe had her sister. Her face was done with acrylic paint, watercolor pencil, and sealed with mr. Super clear. Comes with free girlfriend Nevra, can''t separate them.
