Kingston brass bathroom Faucet new in box, but scuff on spout

Gorgeous brushed nickel faucet, new in box, but small scuff on top of water spout, see last image.
All original pieces included, as shown, drain plugger thingy, instructions, a bag of hardware, see images.
Never installed. I bought it when I was remodeling my ex’s bathroom but after we broke I kept what hadn’t been installed since he sucked enough $ out of me already. Selling for $93 on Amazon right now.
